Ashtanga MPS ( Slight Challenge - All )
I really enjoyed this class. Jabbe was friendly, kind and warm, offering individual support to all students. The class was as described, a modified version of the ashtanga primary sequence - we went up to baddha konasana. I think Jabbe understands more than most yoga teachers in Bangkok the true meaning and purpose of yoga - he understands the importance of pranayama before asana. His class felt safe and non judgmental and the sound bath for savasana was also a really nice way to finish an ashtange class. Thank you!
