She has such a keen eye for detail, and her feedback on my movements and positions was incredibly helpful. Monica didn’t just guide me through the exercises—she took the time to review and refine my form, ensuring I was doing everything correctly and safely. Her insights helped me understand my body better, and I felt so much more connected to each movement. The session left me feeling stronger, more aligned, and completely energized. If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor who truly cares about your progress and delivers an amazing class, I can’t recommend Monica enough!

    This was my second sesh with the instructor, Jamica. OMG she’s amazing! She brings so much variety to each session, keeping things fresh, challening and fun. She’s super warm and attentive, making sure that everyone has the correct form. I think she’s the best instructor so far ! Highly recommend her classes

    Fusion Reformer Pilates

    Stile was a fabulous reformer instructor! The class was very welcoming, positive and encouraging of beginners and more advanced participants. The only suggestion would be to make it more clear where the class was, it was raining so heavily and it was quite a walk in the rain to the class without very clear signposts.
