Sita had a clear easy to understand voice giving us the run of instructions. I normally get confused in these situations and in her class, I didn’t. Well done!

They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches.
