Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and she teaches sequences that leave you feeling relaxed and open. A good class for beginners. It’s gentle and Alexa makes sure to walk around the class checking technique and offering modifications for all levels.

Se alle anmeldelseneRachel puts on a fantastic class. She both motivates you and makes it okay to make modifications without feeling like a failure. I enjoy that the gym feels like a safe space. Feels like Barbies’ Malibu Mansion all the extra little touches like the lights being dimmed and a disco party is raging. The scents, the cards yes yes and yes. If you want a place to get your groove back and not feel out of place because you aren’t crazy in shape the peach is a great place to be.

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.
