Not intense at all as we have to take turns, but I feel very safe and well taken-care of with the constant spotting and correction 🥹 great class for body (and personality!) awareness and partnerships 💯

Cuma sayangnya studio cuma siapin 1 matras aja yg dipake gantian & wrap anti slip di hoop yang seharusnya diganti atau dilapis lagi .
