Se alle anmeldelseneLove taking all of the different classes. Vinyasa flow and core sculpt are heated which isn’t stated in the descriptions, so keep that in mind if you are sensitive to heat! Slow flow and yin are warm/ room temperature so nothing crazy. Love Jessica to relax and Mary Beth to sweat.

It was really nice to practice in the space - the vibe is warm and beautiful. There are so many nice props available, lots of friendly faces and the studio is in the perfect unassuming south austin location.
