They have a good story arc with some heat in the middle and the right balance of stretch, balance, challenge and finding mental stillness. The only thing that would make it better is if it started at 5:45 pm instead of 5:30, as it’s really challenging for me to leave work early enough to get to class on time. 🙏

First half of class was vinyasa style and included all the basic yoga poses and then the second half was more of stretching and holding each pose for 3-5 min. This is a good class for all levels.

This is a veryyy slow class, each pose was held for about 10 minutes. The class was very focused on your breathing techniques and mindfulness. I appreciate the way Jewels walked us through everything and she didn’t just leave us there to fall asleep. Being in the salt room was definitely the best part of it all. I don’t think this type of class is for everyone but I do recommend everyone to experience the salt room at least once

Thankfully they had blankets because it was freezing! The crystal bowls were so nice. personally, I’m not a fan of speaking or singing in a soundbath. I find I can’t really relax or let my mind drift when I’m being cued. I’d give it a higher rating if it only had speaking at the beginning or none at all.
