She shared that this was her first time teaching in this time slot and as a result, ran into a couple technical issues (e.g., not able to play music), but it would not have been noticeable if she didn’t mention it! Overall a very thoughtful and intentionally built class. For me personally, I prefer a few more props than we were directed to use, but I think the class was fairly accessible for all!

The class went by super quickly with the different flow, weights, and barre sections. Everyone was very welcoming and Melanie was a great teacher, easy to follow and encouraging, giving everyone adjustments if needed. Great class!
