I appreciated her accommodating for my knee injury by giving me modified exercises and correcting my form to make sure I wasn’t putting too much weight over my knee. E60 in general has been my go-to for several years now and it’s become one of my happy places. The HIIT classes are tough and enjoyable, and the staff is always friendly. Go here.

Se alle anmeldelseneThe front des employees were kind,pleasant, & welcoming, the gym was stunning & clean, but the energy & members were so low & it didn't feel like an uplifting gym environment unfortunately. I've been going to gyms all over the states & if I was a tourist I wouldn't recommend this gym. I had weird looks from many people & it was just low vibrational, a couple of people we got in each others way & they have no manners. But overall I had an amazing gym session with my fitness program but. Environment is a key element in a good gym:) can't change those people but you can choose to stay away from low energy:) although remember if you're just going to do your session walked in it is great

Se alle anmeldelseneI admired the ambiance from the hotel entrance to the floor of Balance Gym. Polite front desk and staff, clean at entrance, all machines available for different muscle groups, pool, sauna and woman’s locker room were very clean. I will be returning and obtain a membership.

Didn’t feel like it was SUPER beginner friendly (unless you feel comfortable asking questions) because the layout is geared more towards open gym than classes and there’s not a whole lot of time to correct form/learn a new move. Music was good, coach was attentative and he gave clear demonstrations. I would have felt a bit more comfortable if someone actually showed me around or explained the setup of the class when I came in.
