I would not call it a Power class, however, because it was a much slower pace than Power, which typically builds to a continuous flow and a one breath per movement type of pace. I’d say this class was more of a classic vinyasa. It was great nonetheless.

Upbeat, helpful and most of all kind to all of the class members who were all at different stages in their pure bar journey. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced athletes. I look forward to going back to continue getting my body back in shape.

Se alle anmeldelseneI really liked the location of this studio. Easy parking and easy to locate. Studio was also very clean and everyone was so nice. I do wish there was a better class description that would recommend grip socks. Kim was lovely. Class was easy going and more on the side of focused stretching versus a workout that makes you sweat, but that’s fine. I modified some of the moves to make it more strenuous for me. It was an older audience but they were a hoot and I enjoyed the conversation as we went through the class. Will def come again.
