Karina guided us through each exercise with confidence and clear instructions, ensuring we understood the movements. The workout was definitely challenging and pushed us to work hard, but it was also very rewarding. The exercises targeted multiple muscle groups, helping to build strength, stability, and control while maintaining a strong focus on proper form. By the end of the session, everyone had worked up a sweat and felt the benefits of a full-body workout. Karina created a motivating atmosphere that encouraged us to challenge ourselves while still working within our own abilities. It was an enjoyable and effective class that left me feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.
