Cara was encouraging while still being kind and really focused on mobility and strength. I felt like this class was the perfect pace for me especially so early in the morning!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis was a serious workout! Be warned this definitely was not a beginner class, the poses were tricky and there was much more verbal guidance than visual from the instructor. That being said, it was really cool to do a flow that felt so smooth and very challenging all at once. Claire made sure to provide individual feedback while walking around, which was awesome and encouraged you to try things you hadn't done before. If you're looking for a more advanced, fast-paced flow, this was it!
