Se alle anmeldelseneThis class is so fun! Victoria is an amazing instructor, she encourages and pushes you while making you feel very supported. The class is fast paced, so by the time your brain gets bored you're going on to the next thing. I leave feeling like I got an awesome, well-rounded workout.

Overall the class was good. slow-paced, calm, low-intensity but unique strengthening movements. instructors and desk worker were very helpful and nice before and after class!
