Ze is altijd vrolijk en energiek en ondanks de gemixte groep van prenataal en postnataal probeert ze iedereen de juiste uitdaging te geven en denkt ze mee wat het beste bij de persoon past. Ze legt alles goed en rustig uit en het is altijd druk en leuk in haar lessen dn aan het einde heb je echt een goede workout gehad. Iets wat ik bij andere zwangerschapslessen mis dus dit is echt een aanrader!

Definitely helpful for building strength. Anja always gives modifications, encourages people to use them, and corrects the posture. Also, I loved the vibes (as always) in studio 191 👌🏼

The guidance Maria gives during this session is magical. With the voice of an angel it felt like she was calling upon ancestors. Definitely joining this class again. Although class is not the right word for this journey to serenity.

Several times there were loud noises such as unloading a dishwasher, talking and laughing. Too bad this happened during a nidra/sound mediation.

Very beginner friendly and instructor was so sweet, she was also very clear in how to follow and transition through poses. The studio is amazingly clean and serene, with almost all items (towel or mat) accounted for. A great time overall, I would definitely join again :)!
