The massage was tough, but that was exactly what my body needed. During the treatment he always checked in and talked me through it. Afterwards my body feels sore and relieved at the same time. My mind is calm and clear (I came after work). There was tea before the treatment and after (with dates). Do take a change of loose fitting comfy clothes, because the treatment is with oils.
