Se alle anmeldelseneGreat class! At some point there was a little bit of confusion however the flow of the exercises was amazing. What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

Se alle anmeldelseneThe studio was amazing - super clean and has everything you need in the changing room for you to get ready. I really liked the instructor, she was sweet and knowledgeable. I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

Se alle anmeldelseneVery relaxing guided meditation and yin postures before we laid in Shavasana for an extended restorative sound bath. I fell asleep and the rhythm and tone of the singing bowls for the sound bath was perfect; deep and continuous and allowed for me to fall asleep! The atmosphere of the studio is airy, calm, and detailed. I will certainly return. Thank you!

Se alle anmeldelseneGreat class around a topic which I don’t see much emphasis on but it’s so needed. The exercises were a little bit dynamic - I would like to sometimes get options just to know what to do if my body doesn’t know where to go. I also very much appreciated the introduction although it may be long for people already familiar with the practice. What would be also nice is to get a list of exercises (drawing??) to continue the practice at home. Overall very good and much needed!

Se alle anmeldelseneI had such a wonderful Pilates class with Fereshteh! 🤍 As a Pilates instructor myself, I can be quite particular about technique, sequencing, and the quality of cues, which is exactly why I enjoyed her class so much. I especially loved her attention to breathing, core control, alignment, and consciously initiating movement from the powerhouse. The combination of controlled movement, stability, and flow was beautifully balanced. It’s such a pleasure to step out of the teacher role, become a student again, and leave feeling inspired. I’m so happy to find so many of the Pilates principles and technical details I value in my own teaching reflected in her classes. Professional, warm, and taught with so much attention. 🤍✨

Se alle anmeldelseneNada is an incredible facilitator who creates a healing ecosystem that feels both brand new and ancient at the same time. Having attended her different ceremonies, I can say her trauma-informed guidance is incredible. It is a rare place where it just flows—I felt guided to drop my armor and mask, and equally empty and pour my cup. I was invited to truly feel in an authentic way, releasing what I needed to without bleeding into others, yet feeling deeply carried. It was a powerful space for me to take up room, be fully seen in my vulnerability, and experience women supporting each other without competition. An absolutely beautiful, deeply grounding experience that I highly recommend!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe massages are always very relaxing, and the staff are genuinely friendly. The salon itself is also a lovely place to visit. The only point worth mentioning is that, in my experience, the massages often last somewhat less than 50 minutes. This is in my case because you are picked up a little later than the scheduled time, and the massage sometimes also finishes a bit early. Including the time needed to get changed, the overall experience is therefore closer to 40 minutes than 50 minutes.

Se alle anmeldelseneit was a lovely experience for a good price, but I recommend booking a full hour instead of half hour. there is often some overlap with other groups, causing cues for the one shower downstairs. I also would enjoy a bit more oversight and supervision from the hosts (who were cleaning the space really well btw). in my session, I was sharing the space with 2 groups of 3 guys, two of which started talking to me non stop both inside and around the sauna. even though I tried cutting off the talking, I felt quite uncomfortable, especially knowing I paid only for a short time of relaxation.
