Bianka is great because she’s easy to follow but also she is really nice to first timers and yoga beginners (me lol), helping us with corrections in a way that’s not embarrassing or making you feel shame. Will definitely return as I loved it!

It was only about 5 seconds but it gave me hope that this is achievable✨and it’s thanks to all the warmup exercises and other balances we did (crow pose, headstand, assisted handstand) with clear instructions and subtle corrections that really helped me to find balance. Thank you for a great class!
