Se alle anmeldelseneClass was great! Was a different trainer than on the schedule but the class was great regardless. The focus was on cardio stations: running, ski erg, row erg, and biking. It was the engine class which was all about cardiovascular fitness. Liked the programming of the class, simple and repeatable. Look forward to trying a different class where the strength stations are involved - hoping to learn some new things then! Thanks for the protein banana, mango, berries shake at the end! ☺️
