Se alle anmeldelseneGreat class! Yosra is a fantastic instructor. She creates such a welcoming and motivating atmosphere from the moment the class starts, and her energy is contagious. She pays close attention to everyone in the room and takes the time to correct form when needed, which makes you feel supported and helps you get the most out of the workout. I also appreciated how encouraging and approachable she was throughout the class. The studio itself was at a comfortable temperature, which made the experience even better. One of my favorite classes so far. I’ll definitely be back! :)

Se alle anmeldelseneHele fijne goede lessen. Mathieu is echt een super goede docent met duidelijk passie voor zijn vak. Hij ziet alles en weet echt hoe hij je moet uitdagen. Reken er op dat je helemaal kapot bent na je sessie maar wel voldaan. Dankjewel 🫶🏻

He corrects forms quite well or adds modifications. However, what I like the most is that he actively goes to people that can intensify the exercise. He really knows how to give people confidence to try it!!

This class is great for beginners since it’s relatively slow paced and Julie makes sure everyone uses correct form and alignment, as the class name suggests ;) It was a bit difficult to find where to check in. You need to go into the restaurant and turn left to the little shop inside.

I really enjoyed the class with Nisan — she carefully guided everyone throughout the session and made sure we were doing the movements correctly, which made me feel very comfortable and safe.
