Bianka is great because she’s easy to follow but also she is really nice to first timers and yoga beginners (me lol), helping us with corrections in a way that’s not embarrassing or making you feel shame. And I learned a lot of new ways to use props to go deeper into certain stretches. Not a class for those looking to snooze, but definitely a great yin class.

The class was great, Teacher asked what yogis wanted to practice and created a class based on those preferences. Attention to postures and alignments. The teacher corrects yogis and give lots pf alternatives for poses. Really enjoyed the class, it felt like a small family practice which is not common in Amsterdam
