He is incredibly attentive to everyone in the room, ensuring our cues are correct even when the intensity is high. 5 person in 1 group. The atmosphere is always supportive and motivating. Highly recommend for anyone from beginners to seasoned lifters!

Need to go early cos difficult to get parking. Also, one less star bcos I’d prefer receptionist be more informative and helpful abt where to go, where to change / toilets etc to first timers (like myself) instead of promoting membership only.
