    Spacious studio, attended HIIT class with Celaine. She always gives clear instructions so that our forms are correct . Therefore, good for beginners, especially those who are just starting to work out because correct form is very important to ensure efficient and safe workout. The only drawback of this studio is that they do not provide mats, so you need to bring your workout mat, otherwise you will have to rent one there.

    Boxing Class(Beginner)

    First time joining the class, unfortunately to realise I was the only girl 😅😂 But Nik as my instructor was very nice and accommodating! Not just in terms of managing the difficulty (between advanced and beginner) but also gender differences (definitely was not as fit as the men, haha). He taught us the fundamentals of boxing and made sure we had fun! Do be prepared for a total sweaty workout even as a beginner (given that you push yourself to the limit)!
