    Mat Pilates

    The instructor is lovely and leads a very low impact yet challenging class that I enjoy every single time. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

    This was my first be fit Pilates class and Caitlyn was so helpful. She walked me through the machine and gave thourough instructions throughout the class. She assisted me when needed and encouraged taking breaks. I highly recommend taking a class with her!

    CP Reformer Flow 1 (50 Mins)

    Carson was not particularly friendly. I did not feel welcomed . . She seemed a bit put off when asked for help . Participated herself in arm exercises so it seemed she wasn’t watching participants carefully.
