Sophie was an amazing instructor. she was helpful and carefully showed me adjustments as I asked for them and although it was a beginner class, there were many different levels and I could make it as hard as I wanted and really get the most out of the class. I've checked out a few studios in town and so far I think this one might be my fav!

I was able to bluetooth my music to the sauna and choose lighting that suited me best. I found the sauna easy to operate and it retained heat throughout my session. I slept so well that night. Please note you will need to bring your own towel. Also note, that if going with a friend, only one of you should book on ClassPass (we were told this will cover both of you). Only negative was the bathrooms were not very clean. Overall, would try this again!
