An absolute game changer of a cycling class the energy in the room was incredible from start to finish, and the music kept me completely pumped up and motivated throughout the entire ride. The instructor was phenomenal super engaging, motivating, and attentive to everyone's form to make sure we were safe and getting the most out of the workout. I left the studio feeling completely energized and accomplished. Highly, highly recommend

And of course, the constant “add resistance!” and extra spice throughout the ride had us fighting for our lives . They know exactly when to push, when to add that extra burn, and somehow make you want to keep going even when your legs are DONE. Such a fun, challenging and addictive ride. Two queens, one killer ride! Absolutely loved every minute!
