How do you do a Kettlebell Snatch?
Trinn 1
Start standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and the kettlebell a few inches away from your body on the floor. Hinge forward and grab the kettlebell with one arm.

Pick up the kettlebell and swing it through your legs.

Stand up, and as you raise the kettlebell, draw your elbow back towards your shoulder.
