Se alle anmeldelseneHoly crap, that is probably the most I’ve ever pushed in a class!! That is the fastest I’ve ran on a treadmill. Marcellus seriously has great energy that makes you want to keep up. He’s motivating and encouraging. I like the structure of each of his intervals because you have a moment to slow down and focus on form while pushing as much as you can. You are guaranteed to burn a whole lot of calories and walk out feeling stronger. Thank you for a great class!!

I’ll come to every class I can. She’s awesome. Her instructions are clear and she has a nice voice. Imagine if the Beastie Boys taught at CB (in the best way). Her playlist was a great mix of covers, pop punk, EDM, a lil metal, and rock. Would recommend! High energy and great motivation. Deb is incredibly knowledgeable and motivated me in every step of the way and made me feel comfortable. She provided clear guidance and helped me maintain correct form. Se alle anmeldelseneI just took my first Spenga class, and it was fantastic! As someone who usually sticks to Cycle studios, this was a new experience for me, but I really enjoyed it. I wasn’t as familiar with the format, and I’ve never done Yoga or TRX before, but the instructor’s high energy kept me going, and I eventually caught on. I definitely worked up a sweat and felt challenged in the best way possible. It’s a great blend of cardio, strength, and flexibility. Highly recommend giving it a try!
