Rhea is a great facilitator and curates a relaxing, peaceful space, but the full-on gargling on the other side of the room was challenging to meditate through. No need to bring a mat or a towel or a blanket, they’ve got everything. Best part is they put out all your potential props and clean up for you afterwards so you can truly just relax and enjoy the experience.

The girl was kind enough to hand me one as I brought cash but they only take card. Instructor was very attentive and came to fix my posture a few times. Gave some modification options as well. I have hearing problems but her speech was very clear. Will be back 🙏🏽
