Our heat and air are filtered with UV light the air comes from outside and only into and out of our studio.

Ekstra hygienetiltak

We have a nightly professional cleaning crew that cleans and sanitizes our studio, showers and restroom facilities. In between classes mats and blocks if borrowed are sanitized along with door handles and other amenities with high touch.

Kontaktfri innsjekking

Doors open 15 minutes before class if you're signed up online you are good to go. First time students must arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Doors lock at class start time, No Late Arrivals.

Utstyrsregler

We offer mat and towel rentals. Blocks and straps are available for you to use, no charge. Bring an additional towel if you would like to shower after class and prefer not to rent one.
