They have an enclosed room with a glass wall within the yoga studio that is heated, so you can have a hotter class, or you can be in the room temperature studio. It was warm but not too hot; I loved this! Our class was only three people, so we had a very personalized experience. I really liked Francis as an instructor and he had great modifications for each of our skill levels. The first half of class was a comfortably paced flow, and then we did yin stretching. I liked that I got to flow truly at my own pace and level without being pushed to rush. And Francis played Rufus du Sol during class; absolutely loved it! Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsI wanted to get over my feelings of being uncoordinated so I enrolled in a ballet class. Excellent teacher who is very patient, answers our questions, advises us on technique. My fears about a strict ballet teacher are now past me -- she is really nice, we can wear what we want, and it is ok to not get all the steps. Very pleased!

JJ is a phenomenal instructor, who not only teaches you choreography, but also techniques for making you a better dancer. He is very encouraging and willing to go the extra mile to teach you properly. From an exercise perspective, I completely worked up a sweat and felt very energized and motivated to come again.
