She reads the room very well, gives you variations, and she squeezes in some English so everyone is comfortable. She is one of those teachers who walks the room and helps with adjustments to your asana or challenges you to go further, if you want.

Se alle anmeldelseneEva is the best yoga teacher in Stockholm. I come for the satsang. The yoga is so good, even days or months after. Instructions clear, meaningful. You are lucky if you make it to a class of hers. Come early, come calm, bring gifts. Come as you truly are.

Se alle anmeldelseneThe actual class was quite good but I didn’t really like the premises. The changing room felt quite old and the yoga mats provided felt sticky and smelt like feet. If I’d have known, I would have brought my own. Also it would have been good to have the option of English instruction.

Se alle anmeldelseneToppengym, fräscht och välutrustat, något trångt. Vackert badhus, fräscha ytskikt. Tyvärr väldigt trångt i motionsbanan, blev bara 20 min i vattnet. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Väl värt ett besök.
