Teniendo en cuenta que la clase es cortita, de tan solo 1h, me gustaría mucho que pudiéramos hacer más días las posturas sentadas de la serie, pero a parte de eso, la encuentro muy buena.

Mi camino con las verticales no ha sido fácil debido a mis dificultades con los hombros, pero desde que voy a sus clases no solamente salgo con nuevas formas de entender la técnica y un gran repertorio de ejercicios que puedo repetir durante la semana, sino que aprendo a gestionar la frustración respetando el ritmo que tiene mi cuerpo de aprender. Perfect for releasing tension, stepping out of your comfort zone while feeling completely at ease throughout. The mind-body connection was wonderful. Anna, the instructor, is super friendly and radiates incredibly positive energy. After attending on Monday, I felt great all week. In fact, the first thing I did when I got home from the class was to book for the next session. Also, CasaPaz studio is new and absolutely beautiful.

Challenging though it was, I really enjoyed it and will be coming back - Oksana made it comfortable, the girls at the reception are super nice and I’m OBSESSED with the fact that you can also have breakfast here as well as different options for drinks 🤍

He estado muy tranquila haciendo el tratamiento y me ha ido muy bien para toda la circulación y piernas cansadas.
